Great post, and, unless some things in this game change radically between now and my membership expiring, i'm gone too.

Already got my next mmorpg up and running and the learning curve is steep, but i have time on my side, and at 100 quid PA all in, a good deal better than this job lot that runescape has become now.

Well done Jagex for helping me find where I want to be. U2 need to know too ... email Bono!

For the new quest boss (I assume you meant Extinction) I actually thought it was interesting how they changed it up with you running to avoid stuff - it isn't RNG you just have to focus, it took me a few attempts but I did it!

I do think they need to cool it with the Treasure Hunter Promos though, and stop stop making stuff on there that you can't get after a few days, it encourages force buying instead of playing the game. 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

Yea! The fact they made it a random runaround (and made you focus on what you did, thus reintroducing the skill element, albeit in a small way) instead of a click count, click step, repeat and rinse mode thing, lol, was an upside. Must have caught out quite a good few of the read and repeat, walk through quest brigade, just waiting for their walk through to be written up for them.

Even now, clan mates are asking how it's done lol not just the last bit but the slow to quick bit in the middle too lmao

Kinda gets me thinking ...

Remove this RNG (maths doesn't have this in its' world, make up all the RNG's you want, they don't exist, they were invented in the pc gaming world so ppl making games could explain why drops etc happen eventually).

RNG is not maths ... it is gambling!

if you mean just going into a fight with something in pvp world. then ofc thats fine why would that be against rules its apart of the game.

you are just fighting to death. pvp.... you arent betting on someone else you are using your skills to kill someone or dying due to lack of them
