Hell yeah, I'd like to think we like the ideas and Quest Lines, just not rs3 EoC or MtX popups. Thank you for keeping it there.

Lets break down the darkmeyer update:

icyene graveyard stolen from rs3
Stole the lore of vanstrom being safalaan's father
Named vampyre boss has unique mechanics in the fight and name I'll give osrs that
No picture of the blisterwood tree on wiki yet so can't tell if it's a copypaste
Blisterwood flail is unique and not in rs3, I'll give osrs that
Not sure what frank the bloodveld does in osrs
sepulchre has crap rewards even if its unique so another negative point
daeyalt essence is useless
Don't know if osrs has a meat shop werewolf walking around
rs3 did the vampyre lord outfit better
3/10 update especially when blood shard is useless (lowsoulgamers did a nice breakdown of it)

Plus you have to remember that all these updates in osrs are voted in so they only exist because ppl wanted them too.

So if you want to blame anyone, blame the 07 playerbase.

Cross pollination is good for both games. Reusing assets that are already built saves a ton of cash, which means more money, and that means more updates.

Sounds like you want less updates, careful they might just listen and then slap on some MTX. One of the best goats in Runescape.
