so yes zuk has been a god for a long time in rs3, hes just been released to the physical game now though. osrs and rs3 share a lot of the same lore.
so no rs3 devs did not steal it from osrs
its just been in waiting to be released.
either way jagex ideas are jagex ideas, not really stolen
