OSRS devs were so lazy they copied RS3's Seren appearance in the song of the elves osrs quest for the boss and made her black colored and they also copied all the clan names.

Considering that the two versions of the game share the exact same same lore, history, and quests up to the point of the August 2007 backup that the OSRS version was created from, there are bound to be many similarities.

For example, they both share the 'Prifddinas' history' which was released in 2005. They have this in common along with all of the other elven lore and histories through the release of Mourning's End Part II in the elf quest series.

Content based on a common history and lore is not "stolen".

Similarly, Lunar Isle and the Lunar Spells have been in RuneScape since 2006, so they are in both versions. Getting new life added to them in both versions is called "updating" or "refreshing", not "stealing".

Oh no Jagex should sue Jagex for copy right claims

So much Lol :P

OT: As its been said throughout this thread, it isnt stealing as jagex own both games thus are free to put w/e they want into either whenever they want.

can this thread be locked now then? considering this has been repeated for 10 pages.

Disagreeing with the author's opinion is not a valid reason for locking a thread. While this may not be the most constructive of discussions, it's not breaking any of the Forum Rules.
