I'm giving a big final warning here to all parties involved. Obviously Tenebri, you do not see eye to eye with the OP on this. Regardless of that, dragging that disagreement out through page after page is clearly not doing any good either.

As this is a topic in Rants, the OP is free to rant about the topic of their choosing, removed from whether or not other posters agree with whatever internal logic they have for said rant. Some rants aren't logical to other players, some players just want to rant about something and that's why this is here.

I just would like to please request that everyone take a step back, forgo the off-topic posts and arguing ad infinitum and flaming for a bit, and not constantly keep riling up this thread.

Well of course stars were going to be a "copy" from rs3 as how in heck would they be any different?

As for the fishing boss, just because it has rewards from rs3 doesnt mean its a "stolen idea".

Heck, you could say all pvm monsters or just monsters in general are "stolen ideas" as every single one drops something that you can find in rs3.

Practically who cares if the ideas came from RS3 or WoW or whatever as long as the players like them more than stale "original" grindfest same old same old content like Isle of Souls?

Evidently Shooting Stars is more successful in retraining players than old school grindfest content. It still serves the purpose.

The recent clan update was good, but it will swiftly turn sour for me if they add clan citadels to osrs. I do like the clan coffer, that's quite unique and clan hall is good too. Clan citadels don't make sense in osrs when armadyl can't come back to gielinor in osrs. I'm liking the blog for a kingdom united. hm tob is good, equipment rebalance is bad for casuals but at least it's unique.
I can praise osrs content if it's not a carbon copy, the games should have divergent content to suit the divergent timeline.
