I applied for the max forum, it's no longer in my forum history and I can't find that topic in Community home anymore. What exactly is it called and what category is it under because I'm maxed and yet I can't find it?

Yep it was removed together with the Forum Moderation Review and Forum Infractions threads last week - I've not seen any indication of why, or if they'll be restored at some point.
I suppose we'll have to wait and see :) Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

that's what i had heard. I even made sure to have my Maxed title on ever since I got it in November. I guess I'll just go back to using my fun titles :D gratz to those who have maxed like me even though y'all never got HLF access.

The HLF outlived it's usefulness ages ago. At one time it was a place that Jagex garnered feedback from the top players of the game who never posted on the forums. Then as others got access those people went back into seclusion. Then even more got access and thought it was the Utopian setting where none of Jagex's rules applied and you could do whatever you want. Now it's been a relic where ghost towns have more excitement, at least they get the occasional tumbleweed.
