A month ago give or take. After mailing back and forth with the support team they were able to confirm that I am the original owner of the account I tried to recover. My first ever created Runescape account.
Despite what other people say about the support team I think they are doing a wonderful job when it comes to handing out assistance. Keep up the good work!
