Occasionally, though technical troubleshooting just boils down to "clear the cache"

Granted I work computer support myself and that's not inaccurate to a lot of software.

I use it constantly due to those that either refuse to, or don't know it exists seeking information in the account help subsection of the forums.

@2_Tron yep it is a valid point - usually what happens is players are rather quick to raise the issue in platforms such as Discord or Twitter where there's usually support volunteers or moderators around who are able to swiftly flag it to CM / PS teams - so we really just have to rely on the community and those who have direct channels with Jagex Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

I have at times used the forum support section and can't grumble, sometimes i have been helped and sometimes their help they tried to use to help me "read that twice, you will get it then lol" didn't help.

As for the social media side of Jagex Support "Twitter", i have used them many many times in the last 7 years and 4 months and they have always been brilliant.
