Thank you for this! I feel like I'm dumb for missing something, though... how do I change the title of a thread? I have a minor typo I would like to fix.
@ Pomegranatum: You'll need to submit a request via Forum Help to get a mod to help you with that! To do so, head to the Forum Help thread (QFC: 254-255-598-66019305) and follow the template. Hope this helps you!
Good grammar makes your posts easier to read and seem, generally spoken, more mature. If you have got problems with grammar for whichever reason
I suggest you install “Grammarly”
. It's an app that helps you with writing by correcting your mistakes and suggesting correct versions of what you wrote.
Out of experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to install that app on your computer as this very app is doing 'way more than correcting grammar' but it is messing around with the computer quite a lot.
That's one of the reasons I have deleted it from any computer.
It made RuneScape 'sluggish', YouTube not responding well enough and at a certain time giving me the feeling it messes up with any 'computer-script' passing by. Worst suggestion ever.
Liebster, thanks for this outstanding thread. I was actually looking for something like this that teaches me about the forums and I think you have hit the nail on the head with this one. I'm going to take some time to read it all.
Yep, it's a good read. It took too long before I found it though.

.
Complex
Original message details are unavailable.
1.
Copy the URL of the thread, paste into a
[link url=]Iceberg's colorful post[/link]
2.
Add this after the URL:
,goto,pagenumber#postnumber
Tip: Postnumber will always be -1, as the first post (OP) is not counted. That means:
If you want to link to the last post on page 2, syntax is
,goto,2#19
not
,goto,2#20
I didn't know this, but credits to Spearmint30 for teaching me how QFC works.
Complex example can be useful where a thread is locked.

Can I ask for help in developing a video game?
It kinda depends on what type of game and what type of help you're after. If your game could be considered competition, then it's probably best not to use Jagex's forums for that. If you're looking for help with things like design, or coding, these forums are probably not the best place for that, either.
If you're just wanting to post a simple survey or questionnaire about interests and likes, that might be acceptable.
@Tren Well it's going to be an open world medieval fantasy type game. Not exactly sure if that would be competition especially since I'm a one man operation right now trying to do this with an office laptop (which isn't built for that kind of work). I generally do need help with making structures, AI, quest system, etc.
Just not sure where else to ask for help since yall are familiar with me and I'm familiar with yall, you know?
