I have just achieved 95 divination - upon looking up where to go for Incandescent wisps - the in game instructions say "Located south of the poison waste. Access to the colony can be gained from the east, near Castle Wars."

Looking for where to go I could not find any divination spot east of Castle Wars.

I was surprised to find the location west of Castle Wars.

Perhaps the in game instructions need review
