Hi soohighXD, if you really wanna ask Jagex/JMods for help then I forward you to theirs SupportCentre at the top of this website in the upper-right corner where it says "Support".
Here you can find quick solutions but also references towards 'Support Tickets' which gives you access to Jagex's personal Help for Players in need.

Hey I have a suggestion that may help put people in clans quicker. I understand this may take alot of time and effort but it may be worth it. Upon registry of a clan, you may select what filters your clan can be shown in. doing this may put people in the right clan and improve overall clan performance. some of the filters i would suggest adding upon existing (by cb level,skilling, social, and otherwise) would be: whether or not it's f2p,p2p or both,what time zone it's in or other clan interests. This matchmaking system may fix the problem I have had so much trouble with in the past and cut down time searching for a clan or clanmates. Thanks for reading!

The different clan recruitment forum sections are helpful if you're looking for a specific type of clan. There are several different sections for different types of clans:

• Under 100 Combat
• 100 Combat and over
• Skilling Clans
• Social & Community Clans
• Specialist, Questing & Minigames

I'd say that the Invention forum isn't really needed anymore. NXT is still an ongoing project though, I think, so it might still be helpful to have that area there for feedback and things.
