Just noting that my thread:

Received Support Retrospective

Strives to be as clean in formatting (eventually), but focuses exclusively on:

1. Beta Support Center

2. Appeals Form

3. Account Message Center (but only facilitating and expanding its access)

4. Behavioral / analytics pertaining to Jagex Support and their recipients

Sorry for the late reply. I won't lie. I have been very busy but I could have done this a little sooner. I let my website and forums directories slip slightly with focus on the clan and some personal stuff too!

I really support this idea and I know a lot of players are calling for this! There has been a similar suggestion on this post so I will add your description into that too! ....

Aww hello you! Long time no talk! As above, it is a late reply and I apologise, health, personal life, clan and all sorts just made me sort of let this fall a bit which I feel slightly bad for! I am certainly keeping the flag flying and hope that suggestions continue to come through so that the community can help to shape the forums! ....

I had a quick read before replying to anyone on here then went and read it in a bit more detail and it sounds like (whilst your experience was a bit annoying!) like you have some nice ideas to improve the system that maintains security whilst improving the user experience! I found the DD/MM/YY part interesting and hadn't even considered something like that as an issue being based in the UK!

I hope now that your accounts is sorted and fully accessible!

I have linked your thread as I couldn't possible summarise it all. I think your thread has great discussion and detail in it and didn't want to detach from discussion on your thread. If you look in Accounts and Security section of this thread, I have linked your thread under the title "Account Recovery Problems and Solutions" - let me know if you want this changed or anything added ....

I will be jiggling this thread around a little bit! Don't worry about any ideas being lost I assure you all is staying on here just going to make sure it is a bit easier to see what we would like to see etc! Going to take a couple of hours so bare with me if late on any suggestions that come through now it is back on page 1!

After or during the changes, if you notice anything about the layout or thread that you think could be improved please post or let me know in game of your suggestions and I will try to implement what I can After all, this isn't my thread, it is the community's! ....
