Suggestions:

Rules of Runescape page should have its own drop down tab under Game Guide. (currently it is under "Getting Started -> 4. Rules (click link to the bottom of the page) -> a "click here" option to get to the actual page".

Hard for people to follow the rules if most of them have trouble finding it.

I actually don't think this is a bad idea at all. There is hardly a negative about advertising the rules more clearly either. Makes it easier for players and Jagex to refer to as well :)

Adding it in now! Keep the suggestions coming! ^_^ ....

We aren't saying it's impossible, we are saying to make it easier. In all of the years of playing and using this site I have never noticed that tiny link at the bottom of the page. The suggestion is to make it more accessible and more visible, not introduce it altogether as it is already here :)

For I stance I have just been able to teach 2 clan members how to use the basic forums and tabs at the top, if I start telling them to search the footer etc they aren't going to find it as easy as if it was Game Guide > Rules.

I understand where you are coming from and I agree that it is there, I just want to make 'there' more visible. ....

How about giving the Forums button a hover-over dropdown list? Each box in the list would go to a major section in the forums.

When I want to visit the OSRS forums, for example, I click Forums. Then, I hit End, Up Arrow, and PgUp. If OSRS Forums were a box in a dropdown menu, I could hover, point, and click.
