If you go on News and then Archive it lets you search by years and months.
I do know what you mean, the archive does allow you to do this, what I have done instead is explicitly state how this is hoped to be implemented in the main news page rather than having to visit the archive page, what do you think of that?

My Cons:
This is basically like having a second ********, so imo it should definitely be optional if done, otherwise it would be seen as a hassle for many I think. Too many ********* can also get confusing ^^
Also, assuming the ******** is entered in a similar manner to the PIN, it is likely that if your ******** is hacked, your PIN will be hacked as well... [just speculation]
I shall add these in for you, but use the word pass to prevent the censor from appearing

Those who do not wish to show their clan should not be forced to make their log completely private in order to do so. It's a more personal piece of information than the other sections of the log which, as you said, could be used to target/stalk players.
My Cons:
There is currently a glitch where the clan does not show up on the log for any player at all. If this suggestion were implemented, it may be a good idea to state on the log that the person does not wish to display their clan. This way it can be distinguished from the glitch hopefully.
Also, I think the other idea of having clan ranks deciding whether the clan is displayed or not on the logs of their members would be giving them too much control [and this is coming from a clan leader ^^ ]. Each player should be able to decide for him/herself how much privacy to display.

When I use the clan page or submit a bug report it doesn't log me out.
If you click account, log into game or out of game, or even quick-join a world, you are required to log in again so I will keep this one up and see what discussion takes place I think.

With the tablet / mobile version of the site, it used to be the case that if you clicked on the tabs News, Game Info, Community, Forums etc along the top, it wouldn't bring up the drop down menu, this has now changed, however the hover is still required for laptops. My proposal was basically to make a clickable drop down arrow instead of a hover.
