Sure but you do know most cant use their mod acc right as they're working from home?
So they seem to either be having to use special laptops or w/e or have to go to the office just to do this.
Thus it only makes sense that this takes longer than usual.
Amazing how the rest of Customer Support seems to be functioning then, isn't it?
Fact: the excuses given on FMR itself all revolve around game content and other work in the office, e.g. a new quest, the Steam reveal, etc. Example:

Steam, Orthen, Halloween.. it's been a busy few weeks! Today's looking a little less busy though, so let's tackle FMR!
Fact: FMR has been suffering this neglect since before the onset of the pandemic. You can see complaints about response frequency in
this thread from August 2019
, for instance. Indeed, you posted on it, and you were in denial about the problem then, too!
Fact: the staff responsible for FMR have been in the office posting on their Mod accounts for other purposes, so they are not just working from home.

How does it actually work I wonder
They wait for Archaeox to make his regular thread about this every 5 weeks lol.
Maybe we are being a bit harsh. Those Daiquiris dont drink themselves you know.

To be fair, my last thread about this was back in March
here
. The problem is that nothing has changed since.

Fact: Notice how i said they must be using a special laptop or w/e for that purpose, thus they might be busy handling all those problems they have very little free time for FMR.
Plus in the end they always get to it anyways so just wait and they'll handle it.
It doesn't really matter, even if we the forumer have a good argument - it's not moderated in fairness... Most of the time they just agree with the moderators not even giving forumer's the benefit of a doubt.. very rarely do they help or support the forumer's - the forum's belong to the moderators, we have no say...

I think we all realised that if they get to it at all, it would be - erm - later.
Poor Mod Kari... Forum glitches got her, think she'll start copying her post to word in case chewy snacks it again. Anyhow her new post is up.
