Amazing how the rest of Customer Support seems to be functioning then, isn't it?

Fact: the excuses given on FMR itself all revolve around game content and other work in the office, e.g. a new quest, the Steam reveal, etc. Example:

Fact: FMR has been suffering this neglect since before the onset of the pandemic. You can see complaints about response frequency in this thread from August 2019 , for instance. Indeed, you posted on it, and you were in denial about the problem then, too!

Fact: the staff responsible for FMR have been in the office posting on their Mod accounts for other purposes, so they are not just working from home.

It doesn't really matter, even if we the forumer have a good argument - it's not moderated in fairness... Most of the time they just agree with the moderators not even giving forumer's the benefit of a doubt.. very rarely do they help or support the forumer's - the forum's belong to the moderators, we have no say...
