I don't think the forums should ever be removed. It's a great way for people in the Runescape community to communicate, whether it be RS3 or OSRS. Yeah, they may not be as active as they used to be, but at least there are people constantly posting in most sub-sections every day.

It's a great place to chat about basically anything related to Runescape!

Personally, I think all it needs is a few updates and pushes by a dedicated team, but as Mod Lyon said, that's not at the top of the list right now.

I find that very ironic.

Ppl say that the forums arent as active as they once were, yet like said, theres usually a good number of ppl posting everyday.

So to me they still seem pretty active.

Dont get where ppl think its died down?

What I meant by that is there’s still a large portion of players using the Forums, but nowhere near as many as there was 5-10 years ago.

Its almost like everyone has their own version of reality due to different perception. Now if only there was some way to objectively evaluate this claim. If only there was some way to compare the amount of posts made per day and number of unique/active users still using the forums. Only then, we might be able to determine whether the forums can be considered active, or maybe not since there's no definition on what is "pretty active". I'm glad you understood the whole point of my post.

It is always nice when people at least understand each other isn't it. Quite rare on these forums. Now what's an unfun environment when you talk to people and see nonsense being said and stuff like that
