Unless you can provide data going back to account creation it won't be worthwhile for me, but newer players would no doubt find it useful
An offsite I use for tracking has my xp tracked back to 2008 (first time I used it). Very interesting to look at although seeing how my ranks have fallen and fallen over the years is a bit
Lots of clans have skilling competitions for a week/month/year.
If you could make it so certain rank and above can set up a group to track xp for a specific skill as well as overall xp for a certain period of time it would save a lot of hassle especially if it uses the members of the clan rather than adding them manually. If it can handle name changes even better.
If that hasn't been suggested umpteen times I'll be amazed btw.
Clan page wise:
Generic web forums are probably the best you can do (invisionboard-esque).
Rules similar to the hlf regarding what content can be posted ideally, won't hold my breath on that one as I understand the need to monitor content.
If the rules are similar to the forum rules it would be a waste of time for many clans as a lot of stuff posted would break the rules: links, pictures etc etc
How about making the horses come back by way of removing the competition! Of course you'd get some hate...
