Please read over my replies on the previous pages. I've outlined the intent behind the rule and in broad terms what it covers and explained that in any situation that isn't clear cut, the team would discuss and escalate to Jagex if necessary.

Given I have no idea what it is you're thinking of posting or if there's been a recent decision you disagree with, I cannot give a clear cut answer on whether or not it would be suitable.

Apply common sense, worst that can happen is that your thread gets locked and of course you have FMR for any disagreements of decisions taken.
