It does seem an odd move, the forums need to be easy to find.

It's fine once you're on the forums, you can just click the bit that says
Home > Forums > . I also have a bookmark that takes me straight to the forums... but I hope they'll consider reverting it.

I’m not a fan either, especially when reading from my phone (which I do on occasion during some downtime) - that was my main button to get back to the forum index. Getting to the index now definitely takes more effort.

It's a shitty update and I don't see the point of it. And I don't suppose Jagex will have the courtesy to explain their reasoning or the good grace to reverse it.

Perhaps it's another step in their Master Plan of burying the RSOF even further so that new users are unaware of it's existence.

Mod 1 : No one new has posted on forums for months now.

Listen, Jagex: don't fix what isn't broken. Fix what's broken instead. Okay?

For example, player titles are still broken on the forums, and they don't show up at all. That's one thing you could take up on which would improve the forums, rather than reinvent the wheel.

What was broken is visible in the General forums many days ago. A good fix would mean a lot. Maybe you should reinvent the construction of yours feedback making it more valuable and contributing all the way.
