i highly doubt many people pay for more than one account at the same time anyways they more likely pay for one then suspend it and then pay for the other depending on which they want to play at the time so making them connected would only help the players and improve continued membership
Taking my own clan as an example, many people have both a main and an alt membered up, and several have multiple alts as well as a main - all members.
I believe this to be typical across the game.
Besides, hopping accounts would ALSO benefit Jagex, as it would disable lower, grandfathered rates.
