If I could reproduce the problem reliably, I would already have explained how to do so.

This seems to be an intermittent fault with the localisation - experienced by myself and, apparently, others. As I said in the first post, it appears to be random.

I just tried to access the RS website by just typing in the URL, and got the German version. Managed to reach this forum thread in English via Google, but if I navigate to the homepage from this page it switches to German again.

Also, if I try to go to the 'News' section from this page, it shows the English news articles which I can also access, but the title above the articles (in larger grey/silver font) says 'Neues' (which is 'news' in German I presume).

I am in the Netherlands if that matters. I've had similar problems before, earlier this week if I remember correctly.

Personal update:

Thursday during my morning break, I hotspotted my phone for my iPad and loaded the acct settings page to check my inbox on iOS 12 Safari.

Clicked the 'back to account' link at the bottom, and the language switched to the Spanish site. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
