Don't see anyone mentioning Ajin. I know a lot of people were turned off by the CGI animation, but so far probably one of the best animes I have watched this season.

I am personally enjoying Ajin by alot and would place it #1 this season.
It's probably less mentioned because not alot of people are watching it and/or are turned off by the CGI but I think the CGI is really good and perfect for this anime.
It's definately underrated but if people gave it a go, they would probably enjoy it as much as I am.

Edit: And I think there are alot more underrated animes this season, I did mention before Reikenzan: Hoshikuzu-tachi no Utage. It's subbed so damn slow most of the people dropped it by now or something.

One of the mainstream anime that I feel like a lot of people are hating on recently is Attack on Titan which I personally thought was really perfect in many ways. I've heard that the manga has gone to shit even though I don't read it and maybe the usual 'the manga is bad/good so I'm going to say the anime is the same' thing that is very common with One Piece.
This certainly isn't the case with the main One Piece community (reddit/orojackson), you have to admit that Toei has run OP to the ground as of late and most people really tend to look down on people that haven't given the manga of a series a try and only watch the anime.

This sounds like myself and fellow Tokyo Ghoul manga elitists, even though it's rightfully justified :^)

Also yeah apparently the Gintama anime is ending this month and the manga is due to end this year. Maybe I'll pick it up when it ends so I can marathon it.
There's nothing stopping you and me from making all these memories.

Idk if I'd call it elitism you know the Tokyo Ghoul anime was obviously just a cash grab
They didn't even bother with Rize & The Clowns and what Kaneki got up to with his gang, they even completely killed Touka in the teaser for :re...

Its just a shame that people watching anime and only watch anime will never experience some of the truly powerful series and moments in those series such as Oyasumi Punpun and Vagabond because "I prefer the sound"

Anybody here watching Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu?
I think it's definitely one of the best of the season. It's hard to describe what the best parts are about it, but it just pulls you in with every episode and doesn't let you go until the ED starts playing. I think it has to do with the way it's told in a dramatic way, focusing heavily on the emotions and subtle actions of the characters mimicking the rakugo storytelling that the show is about.
Along with KonoSuba, which I enjoyed the most out of this season, Deen's really had a good showing. It's making me really look forward to Swagamoto in Spring. Hopefully Deen adapts it well, it seems to be right up their alley based on the outcome of their Winter anime.

I'm of the same boat, it isn't particularly exciting but one thing that it does very well is bring you into their world. Its one of the few anime that makes you feel like you're actually there

OH MY GOD THAT MONOGATARI FINALE ALL MY HOPES AND PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!!!!

Also Durarara ending was pretty good but did nothing to resolve the "head up its own ass" issue the show developed trying to act like they have a complete understanding of the human psyche. On the bright side it was very open ended and we may get another season at some point. It probably won't be very good or as magical as the first but it should give a lot of answers about the people that seem to have a natural ability to make huge and impactful decisions regardless of if they are people with influence or not.

There's quite a few shows I'll be picking up for Spring but I'm not overly excited for any of them.

These seem the most promising and what I'm looking forward to most:

http://myanimelist.net/anime/31478/Bungou_Stray_Dogs
http://myanimelist.net/anime/32438/Mayoiga

Then there's these which I'll be checking out:

http://myanimelist.net/anime/31240/Re_Zero_kara_Hajimeru_Isekai_Seikatsu
http://myanimelist.net/anime/28623/Koutetsujou_no_Kabaneri
http://myanimelist.net/anime/31964/Boku_no_Hero_Academia
http://myanimelist.net/anime/31741/Magi__Sinbad_no_Bouken_TV?q=sinbad

Bungou Stray Dogs looks like it might be an underdog of the season when compared to the really popular stuff.

Mayoiga is a mystery. There hasn't been much shown for it yet but people are suspecting it to be a thriller/horror, mystery series. It definitely has that tone to it from the limited amount of previews shown as well.

Re:zero has an interesting premise.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress looks like it has some really nice art and animation, has potential.

My Hero Academia is that really popular new Shounen series. Figure I'd give it a shot.

Sinbad manga being adapted into a TV series. I think it'll be the same or similar to the OVA adaptation but I'm going to watch it regardless. Anything Magi is a worth watch imo, especially stuff relating to Sinbad.
There's nothing stopping you and me from making all these memories.

With my favourite show from previous season is ending I'm going to give it a short review of what I think of it .

Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans
Rating 9.3/10

Truly amazing. One of the best mecha animes I've seen to date. You don't have to agree with me on this one but I truly think this is amazing.

At first sight you might think it's just a bunch of kids fooling around. But it has a deeper story than that and you should watch it yourself to understand.

Great character development, amazing sound, great op and ed. Art is amazing. I really think they did a good job on this one especially with the ending atmosphere.
