I can't help but feel that Izaya finally pushed things too far. Directly trying to kill the woman Shizou has feelings for after Celty was messed with... This is it. Izaya isn't going to make it out of this one unscathed. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he lured Shizou into that building because he filled it with explosives or something because at this point nuking him from orbit seems to be the only way to even slow him down. Of course blowing up the building will put his junior in danger, probably make it look like Izaya died as well, and release Celty so perhaps she will be rational enough to protect the junior... or instinctively go to her head where the junior also happens to be. Or maybe the horse will do something. But either way I'm fairly certain nothing short of a bomb will even slow Shizou down at this point.

Seriously? Seriously??? The 0/10 worst girl saves the day? The explosion girl uses her power to kill 7 fucking snowballs instead of on the boss? And using her power (which she cares so much about making look awesome) to kill a mere 7 spaced out snowballs draws the aggro of the actual boss! Then the damn tank lerroy jenkins the shit out of the situation and the boss ends up killing the mastermind who evidently is the only one with an iq above 70 and can figure out how to get anything done. Then they all act like they were helpful when they all knew in advance they were doing some stupid shit that would probably get them killed and he ended up dying trying to save them. Fuck this team.

The diplomat manned up! I was pretty ticked he didn't man up immediately but he isn't really a tough guy and struggling a bit with the decision makes him more selfishly human I guess. Not everyone can have the morals to just rush in and save the screaming child regardless of the cost. And speaking of the cost the second thing I didn't like was that he involved the knights in his rescue. If it was a man protecting his wife maybe he could have done it without putting the knights at risk. He should have a sidearm so it would not be impossible for him to destroy those scumbags or at least scare them off.

Also when that old knight was told helping the girl would make him a traitor he clearly should have stabbed that guy in the face and simply remarked "better a traitor to a nation that orders child abductions than a child abducting corpse".
