So, I really wasn't that impressed with the first Fate/Stay Night, gave it a mediocre rating of around 7-7.5, that was the reason I never bothered watching Fate/Zero. But, since I thoroughly enjoyed Unlimited Bladeworks, giving it a decent 8-8.5 I decided to give Fate/Zero a go and honestly I'm loving it, can't believe I never gave it a go now, could potentially be a top series for me.

On the topic of really good seasons lost amongst an anime; Hell Girl season 3.

Edit: Even though I love Lisa, the 2nd opening of Fate/Zero is #1 for the feels!

You don't have to watch any of the other Fate seasons to be able to enjoy Fate/Zero as well.

looks like a lot to invest into one of my irl friends had withdrawals after finishing that series haha

Damn, Fate/Zero was so good even though it had some petty flaws that I found unsatisfying. Would probably give it a 9.25, I would suggest that you initially watch Fate/Zero then watch Unlimited Bladeworks (not the movie) and completely skip the original Fate/Stay Night.

Yeah, except for that whole conflict and the logic behind it was moronic, it's a good song though.
