I'm not too much into anime, but watched a few that friends have suggested - my favourite being Code Geass.

Others I've seen (in no particular order of favouritism):
- Claymore
- Akame Ga Kill
- Attack on Titan
- Death Note
- Fate/Zero
- Sailor Moon
- Hellsing Ultimate
- Steins; Gate
- One Piece (gave up after season 3 because it was so long)
- Fate/Stay Night (half way through this atm)
- Fullmetal Alchemist (have it downloaded to watch sometime)

Any other suggestions of course, will be welcome <3
(Not really into things that drag on forever. Something 1-4 seasons long is fine though)

Might as well add unlimited blade works while you're into the fate series.
Will do :3

I was also wondering... I downloaded Fullmetal Alchemist ready to watch sometime.... but a lot of people have said not to bother with it, and just watch Brotherhood? :o

Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.

Even though they are somewhat the same story (up to some point at least), they feel kind of different, and which one you'll enjoy more will depend on you, really.

The 2003 FMA is generally considered to be more mature, serious and dramatic. FMAB is more "shounen-like" (including more action and "comedy" ), the animation is better and the plot is usually considered to be better structured. More attention is given to more characters too.

Personally, I liked both. I preferred the tone of the 2003 version and some aspects of character development, but I sometimes I didn't like where the story went, particularly towards the end. The beginning of FMAB was kind of rushed and made me feel like it somewhat assumed we already knew the story (I had already watched the 2003 version when I started FMAB so I don't know how it would feel for someone who hadn't), but apart from that I think I preferred FMAB's plot (when looking as a whole), plus it was fun to see other and new characters get more attention.

In general, I think there are more people who enjoy FMAB more, but there are quite a few people who prefer 2003 FMA (specially older fans and people who usually don't like shounen that much).

With all that said, it's up to you! If you have the time, you might as well watch both and decide for yourself what you prefer :) if your personal preferences do not really affect that choice and time is an issue, I'd probably recommend only FMAB too, just because more people prefer it.

Spring anime season starts today/tomorrow so what are you watching? I'm going to be checking out quite a bit since there seems to be a lot of potential.

- Attack on Titan S2

- Boku no Hero Academia S2

- Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? (from what I've heard, this could be the sleeper hit of the Spring season)

- Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho/Grimoire of Zero (not related to Re:zero but it's another fantasy story that looks like it might be good, worth checking out)

- Shingeki no Bahamut S2 (whenever I get around to finishing S1)

- Re:Creators (looks like it could be good but idk, we'll see)

and then I guess I'll check out Boruto even though I don't really care for it too much.
There's nothing stopping you and me from making all these memories.

AoT2 first episode sure had a lot of big reveals

Yes! What did you think of the first episode? I thought it had the right amount of storytelling, suspense, and action. Excited for the 2nd season. :)
