But been training 3x a week for 2 hours last 2 months so i'm getting there.
more than 1 hour sessions at a time don't do that much for you, better to do 4-5 times a week 1 hour sessions max, like bokenic said 45min is good enough
yea i usually aim for like 45min-1hr on a 3 day split seems to work pretty well
also Wasup, diet is key. Eliminate foods that are basically trash/manufactured stuff or keep it to a minimum as a treat on cheat days xd
Yeah that's what i'm gonna do for the next month-2 months and follow his advice and swap my current training (which is only aimed at getting muscle) to just cardio and 45 mins at a time 3-4x/week.
