You need to find out what works for YOU. No ones training routine will be the best for you.

I recommend you DIET or STARVE yourself for a month and do HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO to lose that body fat...
Oh none taken i'm aware of that, i'd feel like an idiot for flaming someone who tells the truth lol.
And i've been considering changing from getting muscle to cardio myself to get fit fast, as i said, there's still some work to do
