i dont do weightlifting, i do calisthenics, which consist in bodyweight exercises only
the hardest move i can do are: front lever/back lever, shoulder flag, 1 hand pullup, strict muscle ups, bent arm planche, tripple clap pushup, clapping dips, still working on my impossible dips, handstand pushups, 1hand dragonflag, etc
now i know most of people dont know half of these exercises, but if u tell me on how to upload gifs, or my instagram videos here ill gladly show off
in terms of weights, last time ive used a weight was to see my max pullup and i did 1 rep with 115lbs on the belt
