Helped out a buddy with his squat form today, and was nice to have him asking for help, he's a lot stronger than me haha. Used to compete and had a mid 400 squat.

Yeah, I find it so helpful to film! The angle there (and it's dark) makes it look like you're at or just above depth, and your bar comes forward a bit.
