is there any way to change the brightness settings
because the capes i create look so diff from the ones in the game, in terms of brightness

Yeah sorry, it's not quite the same as in-game atm, I need to take some pictures in-game then change the calculations around.

Also I suspect the brightness changes are due to RS3 TBH, when I was messing around with it before RS3 hit, when I was changing them to ones, the bright colors were pretty on-par to me.

I made my cape colours to Pocahontas' colors. In cartoon, her colors are light blue and brown. I won't last longer with it.

I need a little help, I wanted a glow-in-the-dark looks. I can't come up with nice colors and matching. neon and light green/yellow.
