Can anyone make a light/medium faded green and blue please really like how they look on max cape was trying to get it faded but hasn't been going well

Is it right that the color codes are different for max and comp cape? Because I tried to get the colours of a very nice comp cape I saw on my max cape, but I just can't get the right colours.

I want to get this comp colours, but don't know how.... Hope if anyone can help me out
