I like being alone and having time to think about life and such stuff in complete peace and silence when stressed.
Other than that also good music and writing poems or something helps.
And last but not least, cranberries.

-Reading
-Playing games
-Going outside (alone)
-Tell myself: life is too short to be wasted on worrying about nonsense
-If its somewhat serious, i try to solve the thing thats bothering me

Go birdwatching although this can be a double edged sword occasionally.
That's why I put bird-listening. I have at least 104m xp in identifying bird species, but watching tends to be more stress-inducing especially without expensive optics.
