I've been almost stressfree last 6 months, i've learned how to really get it under control
I can thank this to regular exercise, socialising and doing work which gives you satisfaction (doesn't have to earn you money can even be volunteer work imo)
It's actually a bit more complex too since i've also learned about people themself and explored myself more to see which are the main stress factors to eliminate them and to work with myself to become a better person combined with the things i said above to feel good about myself.
And being happy with yourself and the things you do and knowing your boundaries = stressfree life
