I contemplate suicide, like, think of different ways/reasons why I would do it. I live a depressing life, but, I know I'll never actually do it.
Also, farm runs, oddly enough. outsider.

Do some muscle exercise
Go out for a walk/run
Listen music
Lay down for a minute
Start a new photoshop project
Draw
Talk to a friend

Any distraction from that what stresses me out to then face it with a fresh mind.
