Well, I didn't have much notable stress in my life until I started paying attention to life (2009) so everything after that is what I will list.
Sports/lifting: 2009-2012
RS: 2010(when I started taking RS semi-seriously)-2014
Guitar Hero/Rock Band: 2009-present
Music: 2009-present
Cigarettes off and on(would never suggest it): 2012-2014
Random Drives: 2013-2014
Work(gets me out of the house and my home life is what stresses me out): 2013-present
Going for walks: 2009-present
Sitting outside thinking about life and what I can do to better myself: 2013-present
Archery - since 2008
Crocheting - since 2009
Random Drives - since I could drive
Runescape - since 2013, when I started taking the exp seriously ;o
Smelling specific scents (sounds weird, but I have one perfume which is very soothing) - since 2009
Laying in the grass, staring at the clouds - since forever
Stress is good when you are able to be mindful of it, it drives you to strive for things you normally would not achieve.
Stress fades away when the solution to a problem is found, and in doing so you advance as a person along with it.
