I use gyazo and post aloooot of other gif's and things that I find, and I wish I could make them spoilers so they're less intrusive/annoying when I post them and the people who like them or want to see them can just open the spoiler.
Gifs work with the spoiler, unless they are .gifv. Gifv are actually videos. Since the video doesn't preload or auto play they are effectively spoilers. Plus users who don't want them to embed can disable embedding in their settings.
All links ending with .jpg .png .gif .ico can be spoilers. I don't think video needs a spoiler though. If I'm not understanding correctly please let me know

I can't differentiate what text is a sig and what isn't, within a post it's all just text. One of the most complained about sigs on HLF isn't even embedded with Linkify so even if there was an invisible signature tag, RS Linkify wouldn't be able to detect that particular signature.
However I have been working on something that will hide signatures, but I still have more work to do on that. I'll go into more detail when I have something ready for testing purposes.
