The 24 hour time is great but I noticed something else wrong with the conversion.

When the conversion (Convert Times to Local Time.) is not enabled, the times in the main forum page (forums.ws) are still converted to local time.

Wouldn't it make more sense if whatever function(s) and piece(s) of code have to do with local time conversion are completely disabled (in all sections of the forums) when local time conversion is disabled?

@Lathow, thanks for pointing that out, I'll upload a fix for that today. Problem is I'm not reading the users settings for that page. It's uses different time format to the other pages. I was ignoring settings while testing my new functions and forgot to reapply them.

To answer your question, in this case no definitely not.

if you'd like, I'm more than happy to elaborate on my answer as to why. I'm just keeping this brief because I don't want to waffle on unnecessarily.




Oh btw I got the smiley toggle working :)
