I just tried that here . Seems okay. I guess it's one those things that's not easy to reproduce. Is the effect permanent, like does refreshing the page do anything?

I cant see why editing the post would make any difference, but stranger things have happened. Anyway thanks for the heads up, I'll keep an eye out for that from now on :)

Edit:
Oh one possibility is max vid count has been reached before the edit was made.
