@MichaeISword, the coloured text in your profile comes from your browsers local storage. It's put there when you create a thread. So by removing chrome and thus your extensions any data they had stored is gone.
There is a way to prevent this...
Before un-installing chrome or RS Linkify there is an option under Miscellaneous Settings. Here you can export a backup of your RS Linkify settings and also restore your backup.
I know it's a bit late for this now but it may help in the future.
Okay now it's not impossible to get those threads you created highlighted again. But you have trick RS Linkify into thinking you just created the thread.
Here's how to do it...
(1) Open any forum section in a new tab
(2) Open your profile in another tab
(3) Select and Copy the thread title (it must be exact thus select text and copy)
(4) In the tab that's viewing a forum section click create new thread
(5) Paste the title in the title field and type a few random letters in the message field
(6) Press Preview ( don't submit )
(7) Copy the next thread title from your profile
(8) Paste new title and preview, repeat step 7 and 8 till your done.
Assuming you do this, then make a backup of your settings
Edit: Even if you don't get the titles highlighted, make a backup anyway
