Lol, and I had just updated Linkify too :|

Thanks for the update though!

Your post was good timing, I was just about to post the list of fixes.

Big thanks to all that have posted in regard to the Forum Interface System. Pretty much everything posted has either gone into, or will get built into RS-Linkify. I still have lots to do, but with all the quality feedback it makes it so much easier :)

Faded Myths posted something similar months ago, he found disabling RS-Linkify made no difference.

I have made a few changes recently but I haven't seen anything like that.

Does it still occur with RS-Linkify disabled?

Edit: I misread, you say it doesn't have anything to do with RS-Linkify so I assume you have disabled to test.

It's definitely a transparency/opacity issue.

This is how the image works...

My custom images on this thread work the same way with transparent edge, I'm curious to know do the custom backgrounds on this thread do the same? Custom coloured backgrounds stopped issue for Faded Myths, but obviously it's not possible to add every player to RS-Linkify friends list. However it did show the issue pertained to the runescape images and/or browser.

E: The difference isn't as extreme as yellow appearing purple, but I think it's to do with how the browser displays images depending on their color profile. I don't think there's anything that can be done about it :o

@Blasty wow thats quite interesting, extreme difference in the pics. Colour is such huge headache when you get deeply into it.

Looks like I was way off with the transparency/opacity issue.

I try to stay far away from that stuff lol.

Odd, it was working perfectly fine up until last night... Not sure why the sudden change.

The custom backgrounds in this thread work fine, along with JMod posts. FMod and Player posts suffer from this issue.

Tried running CCleaner and logging out of Chrome with no avail, going to try reinstalling Chrome.

Edit: Uninstalling Chrome doesn't fix the issue.

Hmmm it's strange.

Oh I was mistaken about the transparency I mentioned earlier. The edge of the forum bubbles are not transparent they are the same colour as the background. However my custom ones have a transparent edge.

Here's the actual image the forums use...

http://www.runescape.com/img/forum/threadView/forumBubbleGrey.jpg

Open it in a new tab if you are curious to see it at full size and see if the colours are messed up. You may be able to determine a few things depending on how the image looks on its own.
