I don't think We should start to finger point at certain people as thats another pandoras box we are opening. I and I'm sure everyone understands this issue and can only pass along for review things that are reported on Forum Help. If anyone you feel is going a step too far then thats your best option.

Playing the devils advocate here.. but perhaps adding a couple new ones could help stimulate positive change. Yes, experience is good to have, no arguing that, but new team members can play a huge impact as well by offering a view point that veterans may not have.

It's unfortunate that Forums have sort of devolved, not just here, due to other social media applets. I think these forums still serve a good purpose, but as I'm sure everyone here agrees, it's in need of a big overhaul. Small changes, like adding new staff, or being more transparent with how things are ran, could be a start.

P.S. I hope I'm not derailing the conversation, that wasn't my intention. I personally think that the "Tattle Tale thread" is absolutely necessary. I mostly use it to request maintenance on my own posts.

Gotta' agree here. Over the years in the RSOF glory days , whenever a volunteer would go through their trial period, their PR was top-notch! Though, as months went on, you could see much of their passion and ambition for the position tragically slope downwards. This of course isn't a knock on any of the staff as it's simply human nature when you feel so unappreciated and burdened for so long, surely :P . Again, the minority of the voluntary staff whom haven't experienced this to it's full extent and still come back, posting here even, we definitely do thank you.

tl;dr Yes! Invite a couple more to rectify the spark this community so desperately needs to expand again into a more positive atmosphere from leaders whom genuinely want to attempt to erase the toxicity and elitist personalities from MMORPG communities nowadays to the best of their ability! Hoorah! lol.
