I used to get 220k+ Slayer/hr (was closer to 250k iirc) meleeing them with a Blood Nihil, and this was before Scrimshaw of Attack...

Yup they're annoying af, but the exp/drop/charms are worth it so i just took them off prefer once i got my 5th title.
