Smithing:
Rune ceremonials - fastest, expensive
Rune 2h - reasonable speed, profit, bonus corrupted ore if you have juju smithing potion.

Crafting:
Cutting dragonstones - fastest, expensive af
Crafting black d'hide shields - fast, pricey

Construction:
Building demonic throne - 10m xp/h, don't do it, just don't
Construct flotsam prawn broker - standard method, fastest non bank breaking method, enjoy your carpal tunnel though

Cooking:
Making wines - fastest, expensive
3 tick sailfish - very cheap, not that much slower than wines, a lot more effort

Fletching:
Dragon darts - fastest, somewhat expensive
Broads/Dark arrows - slower but more affordable

Hope this helps.

Good tips. I have to question your motive however. 4 years is a long time to be away. All that lore additions, quests, bosses, achievements and new places to explore. Plus, you must have found the game boring enough to quit in the first place, grinding out not one but 4 skills will only give you 4 reasons to quit again. Finally, remember one thing. If you're interested in rank, don't bother, that game has been lost by the 350ish people sitting with max xp. Additionally bonus xp and lamps have ruined all prestige in having high xp. If it's the cape you desire, I'd try with getting one first and enjoying the wealth of other things to do other than xp grind.

Just my opinion, good luck.
