Since Hazelmere's Signet Ring (HSR) is insanely rare and unlikely to drop, give us an alternative method and let us invent HSR at level 120 Invention/level 99 Smithing/level 99 Crafting/level 99 Divination.

Requires 1 Luck of the Dwarves, Ring of Visibility, 250 Spiritual Parts, 50 Evasive Components, 50 Ethereal Components, 50 Precious Components, 50 Subtle Components, 50 Fortunate Components, 5 Shadow Components, 5 Corporeal Components, and 5 Shifting Components.
