- Focus Loop region. Get enough Terracotta for Loop region rudder upgrade (all previous rudder upgrades if needed).

- Get the rudder upgrade(s), then 4 TCM first (as much as possible).
Dismiss your crew in this order as you buy the recommended Loop crew (be flexible depending on your needs):
- Hook region crew: Storm Riders Clansman
- Scythe region crew: Card Sharp > Crows' Nest Sniper > Cartographer > Sea Witch
- Bowl region crew: Bounty Hunters > Sea Dogs > Farcriers
- Pincers region crew: Ferocious Tiger-Rider > Travelling Band > Harem of Fortune Tellers
- Loop region crew: Reef Rider
- After you got the 25 recommended Loop crew, buy all SHIP upgrades available, then all building upgrades - in the order I listed on section 27. Follow section 28 word for word when you reach Shield region (everything should be fixed by then).
