Hey, nice increases since the last update! This has been on my to-do list for a while, but IRL has been very harsh + busy. Imgur images isn't working for me right at this moment, but it's still definitely on my to-do list.

If you want a perfect +4% Morale captain (2100 stat, Shield-tier), you need to send 2 Memory clue reward voyages in a row first. Only after the captain has Leader trait are you allowed to send the captain on +3 Leader trait voyages.

Those 3 traits are all positive, so they will be removed in order listed.

You've built Ostentatious Bar? 35K Captains are only available in the Shield region, but yes they are rare. Just do Ports every single day and you should get them overtime. Are you 6M distance? 4664 Port Score?

You never buy Speed captains, especially the 27.5K Chimes Speed captain. I customize every ship I send out based on voyage requirements, so I don't stick to preset configurations. Its not like we have 7 ships and 40 crew for the 7 possible voyage types.
