Confirmed via in-game chat that Ostentatious Shipwright and 4 of the Morale crew had Leader traits, leading to a 7% Morale advantage over current best Morale Ship Stat pictures.
A rework/update has been done to the following sections, go check them!!!
Section 37: Maximum Ship Stats 1: With Merchant 1
Section 38: Maximum Ship Stats 2: With Merchant 2
Section 39: Maximum Ship Stats 3: No Merchant 1
Section 40: Maximum Ship Stats 4: No Merchant 2
Section 49: Fort Forinthry's Command Centre
When I finish leveling up my new hires I will also check if I can get a good score for the Seafaring + Morale and Seafaring + Combat sections (but I don't have any decent TCM or Kharidian exile, so it might still be hard)

Hello Kags! As I'm getting close being maxed for the Ports like Building upgrade. My ship upgrades are done while ago. I'm on way to last one Revamped Workshop upgrade then I'm done with resources gathering. So I have a question for the ending game. Should I replace my crews with no personal bonuses or traits?
Example I have just 4,200 for all Morale, Combat, and Seafaring. Should I replace them with better stats like positive traits or personal bonus? I have a Kharidian Exile with only 10 bonus speed which I'm thinking want to better Exile than this.
Also I want to have Terracotta Merchant with Workhorse trait for the 4th ship to increase the speed. Should I keep replace crews like I mention? Or just leave it as be and good enough? Looking forward to hear your answer.
Assuming you aren't too busy with Necromancy... I would definitely get rid of all crewmembers with no positive traits or personal bonuses. It's not too hard to find a better replacement for them, near instantly.
Workhorse is good on your Terracotta Merchant(s), but the absolute best would be either Multi-Talented or Leader trait.
Make sure you have Totem of Navigation active on Anachronia and have built Command Centre Tier 3 in Fort Forinthry.

For some reason, seasinger equipment seems to have gone up a lot in price lately. Perhaps it's useful for necromancy (which I haven't started training yet).
What would you say is the ideal icon setup for receiving as much chi as possible? Should I perhaps use two Occultist icons and one Missionary icons for a better chance of receiving the Occultist/Missionary duo voyage, or would it be better to replace the Missionary icon with a Tengu icon? Perhaps the different icon configurations wouldn't make a noticeable difference?
Seasinger equipment disassembles into Oceanic Components.
Oceanic Components can be made into Undead Slayer ability codex (perfect for Hermod, Rasial, and Necromancy training) and also Invigorating perk, which is very useful for Necromancy adrenaline gain.
For maximum chi, build 2 Tengu and 1 Occultist icon.
