This right here, sadly. Forums are generally out-of-date ways to communicate. If there's ever an issue or question, i'll either use Twitter or Reddit.

Agreed. I'm not sure about the Runescape Twitter (I don't check there) but the Runescape Reddit is basically all of the updates and feedback based forum subsections combined with higher traffic plus moderator visibility. Instead of scrolling through pages you can just scroll down endlessly. Also with Runescape Mobile existing, the support infrastructure for those devices is already there and developed by someone other than Jagex.

I don't foresee things turning around unless something happens to all the other potential information sites and spaces that makes defaulting to them undesirable. As far as I know there's the Discord, Twitter, and Reddit, but I could be forgetting another RSOF competitor.
