What's the damage reduction on crystal shield? Half the people tell me it activates too little to help and the damage reduction is the worst among all reduction perks, others tell me it procs on all typeless tendrils onslaught etc and it's a must have.
At the same time, in comparison to devoted 2, enhanced devoted 3 offers an extra 9% damage reduction I believe (on hits you pray against) so honestly unless crystal shield offers something big and I'm wrong above, or you camp soul split, or 90% of the hits you receive are typeless, I don't see why you wouldn't use enhanced devoted. Even if you have devoted 2 already, it's literally 3 times the damage reduction of other perks. Then if you don't have that, it's what, 16% damage reduction?
Regarding the spider gear, mine is the same except for biting 3 instead of clear headed. I actually have these on all 3 power gears, but since I never get poisoned with tectonic I put enhanced devoted 3 instead of venomblood on the last slot. I feel that enhanced devoted is really good though, and may be worth using over venomblood, even if you do get poisoned. Ideally you'll want to do that, or maybe stick with venomblood for now and try to make venomblood with crackling to eventually free up the last slot.
Finally, some could argue that enhanced devoted is useless on dps gear. This is correct, as you're not supposed to take damage really, and there are some situations where it should never even work. However that last slot can be anything as it can be seen, and honestly between crystal shield, absorbative (with or without venom), lucky, or enhanced devoted I think the latter is the best option all around. Do consider lucky though if you plan to camp vorago excessively, enhanced devoted will never proc whereas lucky can be really nice with teamsplits etc..
