My personal belief is that if you can get to jad, you can do jad.
I did it with greater runic (t75), tuska warpriest (t75), 75 def, 75 range (for range def) and 79 magic. Got through with half invent of monks and only used 3 pray pots (360 magers and jad).
I did jad so much on main (granted I was maxed and had the obsidian reducing stuff). I did a series of 1 pray pot, 1 ovl and 1 food (was never used) for lols last year so I got past the nerves part.
So for the tldr, if you can get to jad and keep your cool, you can do jad.

Miss a switch?
I miscliked once and got caught out 7k, I kept on praying and feeding simultaneously and survived. I can't say it's easy, took me a very long time to get the hang of it, but once I mastered it, I find I can do it.
